The nominal capacitance value is expressed in pico-farad(pF) and identified
by a three-digit number, first two digits represent signification specifies
the number of zeros to follow, for values bellow 1pF, the letter "R" is used
as the decimal point and the last digit becomes signification.
(ex) 100 = 10pF, 102 = 1000pF, 020 = 2pF, 1R5 = 1.5pF
